Soa J. Hwang is a British-Korean artist based in London. Her work explores our emotion, the illusion, the fallibility of images and our slippery relationship with reality, virtuality and the truth,
She utilises computational technology as a hybrid tool to paint with and explores the new possibilities of painting. Extending the surface of the painting into a virtual interface, She seeks to reinvent an experience of painting beyond tradition and embracing it as an evolutionary medium.
